How it works

From first call to final walkthrough

1. STEP 01

   Free on-site consultation

   A technician comes out, measures, inspects what is already there and listens to what you actually want. No charge and no obligation. For coatings we test the slab for moisture at this stage, because that determines the whole system.

2. STEP 02

   Written estimate with options

   You get the number in writing, broken out by line item, usually with two or three system options at different price points. We explain the trade-off honestly rather than steering you to the most expensive one.

3. STEP 03

   Showroom visit if you want one

   For doors, coatings and cabinets we recommend it. Keller and Grand Prairie both stock real samples. Color and texture do not photograph accurately, and this is the step that prevents regret.

4. STEP 04

   Scheduling and prep

   We confirm a date and tell you what needs to happen first. Clear the bays, move what is on the shelves, pull the cars out. For coatings we tell you the cure window up front so you can plan where to park.

5. STEP 05

   Installation

   Crews arrive on time and work to manufacturer specification. Old doors and debris leave with us. For coatings we grind and profile the slab mechanically, never acid etch, and we repair cracks and spalls before any coating goes down.

6. STEP 06

   Final inspection and walkthrough

   We test the door balance, reverse the safety sensors, run the opener through a full cycle, and show you how everything works. For coatings we walk the floor with you in good light and hand over the cure schedule and maintenance instructions.

7. STEP 07

   Warranty and follow-up

   Parts and labor are warranted. You get the paperwork before we leave, along with a direct number. If something is not right, you call us and we come back.
